Purdey Pups Dog Grooming is a welcoming and sympathetic dog grooming service.

Miranda Weeks has been grooming and caring for all breeds from Yorkshire Terriers to Irish Wolfhounds for over 10 years. She started her career working alongside local dog rescue centres and dogs with behavioral problems and this remains her passion, from this start Miranda and her team have established a Veterinary Approved grooming service within a caring, heated and fully equipped environment, which not only provides peace of mind for you, it also offers a relaxing stress-free place for your dog.

Over the past decade, Purdey Pups has acquired a well deserved reputation for all your dogs needs, from a simple bath and nail trim, through to clipping, handstripping, and of course the full Show Dog to breed standard groom.

Since the conception of Purdey Pups back in 1997, Miranda has trained all her staff in-house and now offers full dog grooming training facilities to people wishing to take up dog grooming as a career.

Having bred, trained and competed with her own four working Flat Coated Retrievers, and due to the location of Purdey Pups being north of Romsey in rural Hampshire, Miranda works closely with the Gun Dog fraternity and is well educated in the need of the working dog.

We also offer full or part time dog grooming courses.
