Having decided on a complete career change I decided to train with Miranda and her team. It was a big decision but Miranda soon put me at ease and it wasn't long before I felt part of the team. Miranda's professionalism and enthusiasm is infectious. She is able to train you on a variety of breeds and works with you at your own pace. It's quite daunting when you go it alone, but Miranda remains at the end of the phone with any problems or advice which has proved invaluable. I did my dog grooming training with Miranda and her team at Purdey Pups and was not disappointed. Through hands on teaching in her friendly parlour, I learnt enough to start my own successful business which was my own aim. Long after the course has finished, I was encouraged to stay in touch and if I need any help on any issue, I can turn to Miranda for advice which has proved most valuable. On a personal note -
I celebrated my 100th customer this week and the lucky customer got a bottle of red wine. I love meeting all the dogs and next week I am fully booked which is a first. Still get nervous about new customers but am getting better at handling it!

Working with dogs was the dream job for me so whom I trained with was a very important decision, I scaled the net and looked at many places but Purdey Pups just stood out for me and after reading the testimonials my mind was made up and I made the call. That was the best call I ever made, Miranda was very helpful on the phone, and talked through everything, i couldn't wait to start.

From my very first day I felt part of her team, the ladies were so friendly and welcoming my nerves were soon put at ease, i loved the fact it was hands on from the start (at your pace) everything is explained to you in such a way there is no confusion and you fully understand.

I worked with all breeds every day learning something new and my days there just flew by, it didn't feel like I was training with people I didn't know it was as if I'd been there years.

On completion on my course I was sad to leave yet excited to start my new venture, terrified also but Miranda was fantastic and always at the end of the phone (and I've made a few calls lol) and I'm sure I will make a few more along the way but that's fine as I know I will always have Mirandas' full support, so if you also have a love for our furry friends and are wondering " shall I do it? Then I'd say "yes do it and do it at Purdey Pups you will not look back and I look forward to maybe seeing your reviews in the future.

I can only hope to one day be as good as Miranda, her love for all her dogs and other animal is second to none.
